Russia Has Won the War

By: Cliff Kincaid

http://www.usasurvival.org/blog/what-comes-next-after-russias-victory

I received an email about an Alaskan cruise. You better go before Putin takes Alaska back for Russia. Biden won’t stop him.

Putin has no soul and Biden has no brain. That’s my position. But Biden’s handlers are smart enough to know that they don’t want to offend Putin by supporting the freedom fighters in Ukraine too vigorously. They go through the motions of providing some weapons to some fighters in some areas of the country under direct Russian assault.

But planes and a no-fly-zone, which could turn the tide, are off the table. That means Ukraine can’t win. It’s another no-win war.

Ukraine loses more and more territory to Russia and is now engaged in “negotiations” to end the war on Russia’s terms. This means Ukraine will be neutralized and Russia will dominate Europe. Pope Francis has stepped forward, to provide religious cover for Putin’s victory. That’s what the “negotiations” are all about.

Don’t believe the TV generals who say Putin is losing and is in a “desperate” situation because he has lost several thousand soldiers and key generals. Putin doesn’t care about loss of life. He certainly doesn’t care about Ukrainian losses and refugees.

Ukraine is lost. The country has been devastated. What is happening is a continuation of the war against Ukraine that Russia launched in 2014, when Obama was president and Biden was vice-president. They knew what was coming. Our CIA knew what was coming.

They just had to wait until they could get Trump out of office for the war to begin. The Russians accomplished that through the use of their phony dossier, provided to Hillary and the Democrats for political purposes.

Putin’s War Machine Was Made in Washington

By: Cliff Kincaid

http://www.usasurvival.org/blog/putins-war-machine-was-made-in-washington

The “experts” say Russia is a gas station with an army. Who made this army possible? The answer: politicians and corporate interests in Washington, D.C., and other Western capitals.

In our 2014 book, Back from the Dead: The Return of the Evil Empire, we quoted Michael Birnbaum, the Washington Post’s Moscow bureau chief, as noting that “after Russia’s brief war with neighboring Georgia in 2008, top leaders rethought their old habits. Although Russia ultimately prevailed in that conflict, its soldiers proved ill-equipped and disorganized, struggling with Soviet-era equipment that failed them on numerous occasions. So leaders turned to the West to boost their capabilities.”

In other words, the West decided to make future Russian conquests more easily accomplished by the Kremlin. The French, the Germans, and Italians began providing sophisticated military equipment to Moscow.

These deals with Moscow make the activities of Armand Hammer seem mild by comparison.

Hammer was the chairman of Occidental Petroleum and a champion of East-West trade whose father Julius laundered money to establish the first Soviet espionage networks in the United States. Armand Hammer was himself exposed as a Soviet agent who helped former Vice President Al Gore and his family become rich.

Trade with the USSR served Soviet interests then, and it serves Russian interests today.

President Obama and his then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton engineered a “reset” with Russia, supposedly to improve relations. It only served to bolster the regime of Vladimir Putin.

The JFK Assassination Debate Rages on

By: Denise Simon | Founders Code

Last December, President Biden authorized additional JFK assassination records to be declassified and released. The documents were so banal, there was virtually no additional chatter or reporting on it.

In case you missed it, click here for those additional documents. There may be some new names in the released documents and we should be asking what other countries have contributed to the whole affair such as Mexico.

Under the law, as of October 1997, ALL the JFK files in the National Archives were to be released and Biden issued an extension to the release date.

In part: Section 1.  Policy.  In the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 (44 U.S.C. 2107 note) (the “Act”), the Congress declared that “all Government records concerning the assassination of President John F. Kennedy . . . should be eventually disclosed to enable the public to become fully informed about the history surrounding the assassination.”  The Congress also found that “most of the records related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy are almost 30 years old, and only in the rarest cases is there any legitimate need for continued protection of such records.”  Almost 30 years since the Act, the profound national tragedy of President Kennedy’s assassination continues to resonate in American history and in the memories of so many Americans who were alive on that terrible day; meanwhile, the need to protect records concerning the assassination has only grown weaker with the passage of time.  It is therefore critical to ensure that the United States Government maximizes transparency, disclosing all information in records concerning the assassination, except when the strongest possible reasons counsel otherwise.

Sec. 2.  Background.  The Act permits the continued postponement of disclosure of information in records concerning President Kennedy’s assassination only when postponement remains necessary to protect against an identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or the conduct of foreign relations that is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in disclosure.  Since 2018, executive departments and agencies (agencies) have been reviewing under this statutory standard each redaction they have proposed that would result in the continued postponement of full public disclosure.  This year, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has been reviewing whether it agrees that each redaction continues to meet the statutory standard.  The Archivist of the United States (Archivist), however, has reported that “unfortunately, the pandemic has had a significant impact on the agencies” and NARA and that NARA “require[s] additional time to engage with the agencies and to conduct research within the larger collection to maximize the amount of information released.”  The Archivist has also noted that “making these decisions is a matter that requires a professional, scholarly, and orderly process; not decisions or releases made in haste.”  The Archivist, therefore, recommends that the President “temporarily certify the continued withholding of all of the information certified in 2018” and “direct two public releases of the information that has” ultimately “been determined to be appropriate for release to the public,” with one interim release later this year and one more comprehensive release in late 2022.

The FBI Probes of MLK and Trump

By: Cliff Kincaid | America’s Survival

What are the differences and similarities between the FBI probes of Martin Luther King, Jr. and President Trump? Tristan Justice of The Federalist and ASI host Cliff Kincaid discuss this subject as the nation continues to honor MLK for his moral teachings while Trump is still under investigation, this time for the events of January 6. Cliff asks Tristan about King’s documented association with communists and his sexual perversions, as opposed to the phony Russia-gate charges made against Trump.

The Secret Life of Martin Luther King, Jr.

By: Cliff Kincaid

My pastor’s sermon today, the Sunday before Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, was on Jesus performing his first miracle, turning water into wine at the wedding at Cana. At that point, however, Christ wanted to guard His real identity. Hence, the “messianic secret.”

In King’s case, the secret is that he lived a life that was almost totally at odds with his reputation as a minister of the Gospel. Though he once criticized communism as atheistic, he was surrounded by communistic and atheist advisers. In short, King was a fraud and a con man. His life consisted of womanizing, plagiarism, and communist advisers who manipulated or even possibly blackmailed him.

A conservative friend argues that Martin Luther King, Jr. should be honored because he preached non-violence. It’s hard to make that case when he was influenced by communist advisers to argue for an American withdrawal from Vietnam, resulting in more than 58,000 Americans dying in vain, the hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese political prisoners and boat people fleeing communism, and the Pol Pot communist Khmer Rouge genocide in neighboring Cambodia that killed 2 million.

As a result of the efforts of King, Walter Cronkite, and a Democratic Congress, the people of Vietnam are living under a communist dictatorship today.

Many conservatives want to play down the fact that King’s communism contradicted his professed “non-violence.” They prefer to focus on his “I Have a Dream” civil rights speech rather than his inflammatory address against the American effort to save South Vietnam from communism. King had called our military “the greatest purveyor of violence in the world today.”

The Kennedy brothers, Jack and Bobby, who were both anti-communist Democrats, were alarmed by King’s communist associations and ordered J. Edgar Hoover to conduct surveillance of King. That resulted in tapes, under seal by a federal judge until 2027, that also show King participated in sick and disgusting sex orgies.

Ralph David Abernathy, the president of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, acknowledged King’s extramarital affairs in his book, And the Walls Came Tumbling Down. The Washington Post admits that King’s “extramarital affairs have long been known.”

An FBI report on King’s communist connections and involvement in sex orgies was released from the John F. Kennedy files maintained by the National Archives in 2017. Left-wing scholar David Garrow discovered the accidental release, producing a detailed report, “The troubling legacy of Martin Luther King.” The article’s subtitle, “Newly-revealed FBI documents portray the great civil rights leader as a sexual libertine who ‘laughed’ as a forcible rape took place,” indicates that King was a witness to a sexual assault.

This report, as the Human Events newspaper noted back in 1983, was so explosive that copies were carefully distributed to the CIA, State Department, Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Provost Marshall General of the U.S. Army, and the commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps. Human Events at the time had been able to obtain the title of the document – but not the document itself — because of heavily sanitized FBI files that were released to the Conservative Caucus. It was left to David Garrow to later obtain and comment on it. The rest of the media were mostly silent, except to attack Garrow for having the honesty and integrity to cover its findings.

Did the KGB Murder JFK’s Girlfriend?

By: Cliff Kincaid | America’s Survival

Kenneth J. Dillon, a former Foreign Service officer and an intelligence analyst, argues the KGB murdered Kennedy’s girlfriend, Mary Pinchot Meyer after they programed Lee Harvey Oswald to kill JFK himself. Meyer was a backchannel to the Soviet regime who had misled the Russians about Kennedy’s willingness to confront them during the Cuban missile crisis. The Soviet-engineered assassinations on American soil were covered up by the CIA and FBI because of LBJ’s fear of a world war with Soviet communism.

David Marshall Williams: The True History of “Carbine Williams”

By: Sam Jacobs | Ammo.com

history of jeff cooperAmerica loves an outlaw. Some outlaws simply need to find their calling, and David Marshall Williams is such a man.

A convicted murderer of a sheriff’s deputy, no less, he turned his prison experience into a tale of personal redemption and revolutionized the field of semi-automatic firearms for over a century.

The Misspent Youth of David Marshall Williams

Williams was one of a whopping 12 children born to James Claude Williams, a wealthy and highly influential landowner in Cumberland County, North Carolina. His early life is pure Americana: Expelled from school in eighth grade, he apprenticed underneath a blacksmith. Finding this life lacking in adventure, he lied about his age and enlisted in the United States Navy at 15.

He didn’t last long as a sailor, as the Navy quickly sussed out that he was too young for service. He enrolled in the Blackstone Military Academy where he was quickly expelled for theft of government property: several rifles and over 10,000 rounds of ammunition. The enterprising young Williams shipped the stocks to his home, refusing to return them.

In 1918 Williams married and settled down a little bit. He found work as a manual laborer with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, however, he didn’t last long there, either. He pulled a pistol, shot at a bird, and succeeded only in earning a pink slip.

Two Lives Change Forever

Finding that work-a-day life didn’t much suit him, Williams turned to the booming and lucrative trade of moonshining. July 22, 1921, would change Williams’ life forever.

On this day, Williams’ still was raided by local authorities under the command of the Cumberland County Sheriff. Like many moonshiners simply seeking to earn an honest living during the madness of national Prohibition, Williams defended his property and his livelihood with lethal force. While trying to escape, Deputy Sheriff Alfred Jackson Pate was shot twice. He died at the scene.

Williams curiously chose an insanity defense. His first trial for first-degree murder ended in a hung jury, with one lone holdout maintaining that Williams was not fit to stand trial. Not wanting to stand trial a second time, Williams copped a plea for second-degree murder and narrowly avoided the death penalty. It is lucky for firearms enthusiasts that he did. The Second Act of his life is one of both redemption and genius.

A Distributed Capacity for Violence: A Brief History of Weapons Technology and Political Power

By: Sam Jacobs | Ammo.com

distributed capacity for violenceThe Constitution contains a powerful set of ideals and a wise system of governance, based on a deep reading of classical and medieval history as well as Renaissance philosophy. However, none of this matters if no system of force is in place to keep and defend the Constitution.

Ultimately, this is what the 2nd Amendment is about: A distributed capacity for violence guaranteed to private citizens so that they may serve as a check and balance on the power of the state.

America’s Founding Fathers understood an uncomfortable truth: Behind every law is the implicit threat of force, and behind every vote is the implicit threat of rebellion. Such a bargain is what holds a free society together. And no society with a wide power imbalance remains free for very long.

This truth was predicated upon the Founders’ classical education and their deep understanding of the power dynamics underpinning the systems of governance during the Roman Republic and Ancient Athens. The Roman Republic in particular influenced their views. Why? Because it provided not simply a template for government, but a historical warning about what can happen to a republic if precautions are not taken to ensure its survival.

Thus the Constitution intentionally contained concepts like separation of powers and a system of checks and balances. These concepts were predicated upon a core truth, as eloquently stated by Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence: ‘Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.’”

If you picture political power as a pyramid, the intention of the Founders was clear: The individual was paramount, having natural rights, and the individual would then delegate a portion of his or her political power to the state – hence, the state governed with the individual’s consent.
