I’m often asked how conservatives attracted to the Tea Party Movement and to anti-socialism rallies can work together to take back control of the country from the liberals now in charge. I respond by recounting much of what I explained 18 days ago in my post, Think Twice Before Backing Third-Party Candidates. In short, I tell people that conservatives need to put aside their many differences, work together and focus upon what’s most important to all (i.e., safeguarding our Constitution).

Rather than use 10,000 more words to further explain my rationale, I direct you instead to a video from the funny folks at Improv Everywhere, a group to which I’ve never turned for assistance in explaining anything — especially anything political — until now.

Before watching the video (below), you must imagine that the “omnipresent voice” who speaks to participants in the Improv Everywhere MP3 Experiment Six is the wise leader of a conservative movement and the wolf who appears at the end of the video represents divisiveness and a loss for the conservative movement. [Note: Watch it twice to fully appreciate its relevance.]

Can conservatives of numerous “stripes” put aside their differences and work together to “kill the wolf” in 2010 and beyond? If they don’t, they will we will continue to be eaten alive.
